"well first I'm wanna start off by saying that the bed was so comfortable. I definitely expected more from a hotel room that was over $200 a night as the rooms were dated and the business centers computers were from the early 2000s. Can't complain about the location, it's walking distance to the White House. Overall I would definitely stay just because of how comfortable the bed was but $200 a night is insane to me but I guess that's the rate in DC"

"Was not impressed with breakfast at the hotel. The food was ok and it took in my opinion a long time for what we ordered ( fruit bowl, toast, eggs and home fries). The parking at the hotel that was not free was in my opinion worth it. Didn't have to worry about trying to find parking on the street and it was in a safe garage that was easy to get in and out of. "

"I am generally a very easygoing traveler, but the level of disrespect at this property is shocking. I arrived shortly before 2:00 PM and was not greeted by a staff member. Not only did a staff refuse to look at me or say hello, but that staff actually laughed when I asked about my reservation and told me to "come back at 3." The issue wasn't the room availability; it was the blatant, mocking attitude. That staff continued to laugh at me as I walked out the door. I returned later and explained the situation to the afternoon desk clerk, requesting to speak with a manager. They never contacted me. The first point of contact sets the tone for the entire stay, and at this hotel, that tone is one of contempt for the guest. The total lack of management response proves that this "service" is the standard here. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere that actually values your business."
