We had a late check-in and front desk very helpfull. I requested two rooms side by side thru Expedia and was not clear to hotel. She was able to accommodate the request. I love this hotel line. This was our second time staying, although in a different city. The manager was doing check ins and although we had a slight mishap with a key, she went well above and beyond to help us out when we didn’t even ask. She exuded the customer service we have come to know at a Club Quarters. I look for these hotels exclusively in every destination we travel. The location is also great. Literally next to a metro station and 5 min walk from the White House. You cannot beat the proximity to all the spots. I’m always a big fan of the complimentary coffee and water as well.
