"Amazing breakfast, kind and welcoming staff."

"The Hotel was presented well on the drive up to the carpark, well maintained and clean, The entrance to the reception area was lovely, Christmas trees and plants a very nice touch. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, a smooth check in. We got upgraded to a larger newly decorated room, which was spacious and clean, two negatives the bed was very hard for us , only our preference. The next was the room had a extraction system in it that ran all night which disrupt your sleep. Unfortunately for us it also had a fan on the wall outside the window,so had sleep with windows shut. We had a meal in the Elements restaurant which was lovely and the staff looked after us well. The cocktail bar was fantastic with a musician George playing the piano beautifully, even played us a song for being newly weds. The pool area is great, but it would of been nice to have a couple of loungers around it. We treated ourselves to a spa day which was special, we had the weather on our side, and it wasnt to cold. The treatment was relaxing and professionally done. Overall the hotel and grounds are very special, and we look forward to staying again."

"Very helpful receptionist on arrival, nice warm comfortable room (very comfortable bed) good selection at breakfast, overall a very good one night stay.. The only observation for future customers is that if travelling by public transport as i was the hotel is not easy to find, having said that i would definately use this hotel again."

"For £60 a night the room was great with a large, clean bathroom and a double bed and sofa bed. The breakfast was included and had plenty of options (no fried eggs of that is a deal-breaker for anyone, just scrambled). There was even a gluten free section. Despite the hotel being extremely busy the staff were very polite "

"The room was spotless, lovely beds and pillows everything was perfect in the room, loved the Elemis products in the bathroom. Dinner was superb I recommend the Burger! Breakfast was cooked to order it was served hot and was so tasty, Claire&Olga looked after us very well, lovely ladies, Alison and the reception team made us very welcome and were very helpful, we will definitely be back! "

"Everything was perfect, room cleaned and fresh towels everyday. Bed was comfortable and room was warm. Breakfast was hot and a good variety of cooked and continental to choose from. Perfect location for Stoke on Trent and motorway. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful throughout stay."
