"The rooms were great for the 8days we stayed. Nothing was too much bother for any of the staff. Beds were beautiful and comfortable. A great place to base yourself when you are in Hobart. It was very clean and tidy. Having the ability to cook if we wanted to and having the laundry facilities was great. Just a pleasure and we will be back to stay next trip to Tasmania. "

"At Eleven is a home away from home! Everything you need is provided for plus extras. Great location with parking to tour Hobart and surrounding areas"

"The house overall was good, however, it's advertised as a four bedroom, three bathroom house but it's really only a two and a half bathroom as the third bathroom is only a toilet and no shower or bath which is what we were looking for. The other thing we weren't happy with was the fact that only one of the bedrooms had a wardrobe which meant that there was nowhere to hang clothes for a weekly stay. The lounge and kitchen area was very good and the kitchen was well equipped, although not enough...

"Photos of the property just don’t do it justice! This house is adorable. Heating is great, beds comfortable and kitchen/living area was spacious and relaxing. The area is amazing. 2 minutes walk to Fabulous restaurants and surrounded by historic houses. We absolutely loved our stay. "

"Everything was great! The room was super comfortable, nice view, staff very friendly, breakfast was very good as well, nothing to complaint. The only thing it was a little inconvenient is that only one elevator was working, but it wasn’t a big problem since I stayed there during week days and it wasn’t too full. The other elevator was fast as well. Oh, they were very deixaste and gave me a $20 voucher for my birthday with a lovely card. I really appreciate that! Thank you. "
