The lobby and hotel facilities were very cool! The location was also great, being only a short walk away from the main strip of Hongdae but still very quiet away from the late night noise. "

"Facilities are nice, i just notice there is no fridge if customers wanted cold foods or ice maybe. Toothpaste is not even available, good thing we have. Over all, Golden Tulip Hotel services atre excellent. Even the shuttle comes and leave on time."

"Room temp control was not working even after switching the room. The USB charge port did not work in the room and in the switched room too. Bad smell in the room, which caused me to ask for a room change. The new room fixed the odor problem. Overall, the hotel need renovation as things look pale and old. Definitely not a 5-star. "
