"Location perfectly placed for use with any terminal. Signage is not the best when you get certain lifts but I was new to Heathrow. The room was more than adequate. Bed was comfy, would suggest them investing in new mattresses, perhaps cloud one. The Millisime lounge in the evening was ok. Much better than Gatwick to look at, shame more effort could be put into the drinks, only bottle of Coors for lager drinkers. But the Sauvignon blanc was lovely and better then then one we paid £20 for in the bar whilst waiting for the lounge to open. We had a great breakfast in there the following morning. I would definitely use again."

"Clean room, helpful staff, drinks machine was out of order but staff would get you some out of bar hours. You have to pay extra for tea/coffee caddy for your room, but it is a budget hotel. Overall great quality for the price"

"Super easy to just check in, and they give you a complimentary welcome drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). They have secure elevators to use and access rooms (guests only). It’s a short ride from the LHR Airport. Roughly a $20 ride to the airport by Uber but they also offer shuttle pick up. They have food services available in the Morning to about 10PM. The rooms were really clean. Overall good stay nearby for a day before traveling outbound in Heathrow."

"Lovely room, comfortable bed and bedding. Taste fully decorated. Loved the bath in the room, wasn’t used but maybe next time! One thing I would say is the room was quite cold and the bathroom, shame the towel rail wasn’t on. Really liked the shower gel/body lotions etc from rituals- smell lush! Will definitely come back again."
