"The staff was wonderful! We were going to be arriving late--not only did they email me with instructions, they called to make sure I received the email! They were more than accommodating. They also went above and beyond when our unit didn't have a can opener-they went and bought one. The unit was wonderful. The pools and beaches were great! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. My only complaint was that our unit didn't have a broom which would've made...
