My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The room was updated and clean, comfy bed. The pool was clean and water warm. There is also a sauna, gym, yoga, and relaxation room onsite. We will be staying here again on our next trip in the Dells & I highly recommend it.

Clean and convenient. My primary complaint is that I could hear conversations and toilets flushing in the other rooms. Easy check-in and check-out process. Probably better than a lot of places in the Dells, but not perfect either.

The location is unbeatable! You’re within walking distance of the main downtown area where most of the attractions like boat tours and restaurants are. But the location is far away enough for each night to be peaceful and restful. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing! The first night I contacted them about other patrons blasting music in the parking lot after 11pm. They got it resolved very quickly. The motel has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy and free.

The room was nice and clean and the hot tub was amazing. Very courteous with complimentary chocolates and seltzer water. Building manager is also very nice. Highly recommend the Honeymoon Room!

This was actually my first motel stay experience, and these folks completely changed my preconceived (and honestly negative) thoughts about motels. The check-in process was incredibly simple—no office visit needed, we drove straight to our room. The space was spotless, felt very safe, and every inch was clearly thought through and intentionally designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The prices were so reasonable, and we will absolutely stay again—hopefully getting to enjoy even more of their many amenities next time!

The outdoor amenities seemed to be under construction. There was an issue with my tub which was badly stained orange. The room was remodeled with new bathroom fixtures so that was a bit of a surprise. Management sent staff over to reclean the tub and they were able to remove some of the stain but not all. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful property! Check-in was a breeze and person-less (you don't have to stop at the office). Very clean and the grounds are well taken care of. Quiet even with kids in the pool. Bed was comfy. The TV volume wouldn't go up very loud so we just used closed captioning. I'd definitely stay here again.
