"If you enjoy buzzing all night long, stay here. Ironically, never heard an airplane but the lights/HVAC or *something* throughout all of the hallways was unbearable."

"The hot tub wasn't working. They were out of regular coffee for the room. Breakfast was just okay. Better than nothing. The staff was great, but they could use another person working there. We needed an extra blanket and had to go pick it up. Plus when we tried to call the front desk for one we had to call several times until someone answered. None of this really bothered me so much as to not stay there again. The area was convenient so I will stay there again"

This caused a very uncomfortable stay and affected my ability to rest properly before work. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not what I expected from my booking through Expedia."

"An all around exceptionally bad experience. Room was not clean (dirty towels in closet, used cups in bathroom, surfaces not wiped down). Linens in the room all smelled like years of 2nd hand smoke. Carpet was sticky. The public spaces weren’t much better (trash in elevator, stains on walls, cracked screens at check out to name a few). This place is poorly taken care of, to put it politely. It had the quality of a $25 per night sleazebag motel, not a $140 stay. Pick anything else if you can. I chose it out of necessity—the only option available besides sleeping at the airport. I wish I would’ve chosen the latter honestly."

"Unfortunately, the only benefit of this hotel is the price. The staff at the check-in were rude and began running my card before explaining what they were doing. When I asked, they told me it was policy to put a deposit on the card. I explained that, of course, that’s fine, but you should let the customer know what you’re doing before putting any charge on a card. Subsequently, there was a sign hanging that said the deposit was supposed to be in cash. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. When the next desk attendant arrived, she was also rude. Asking where the vending machine is located, should not be met with attitude. We asked for extra toilet paper. It was never delivered and we ran out prior to checkout. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and will not ever stay there again."
