The front desk staff wasn’t helpful or accommodating. Poor customer service and breakfast wasn’t as appealing. We stayed on the first level and the house keeping and maintenance was super helpful and great customer service. Any issues in regards to our room they tried to resolve them.

Slightly concerning when reading the bug issues, but we were desperate. I’m so glad I didn’t listen. Everything was clean. Cute room, mediocre breakfast but it’s free. No issues at all.

The room we stayed in had a musty smell possibly from smoking or dirty air filter in the AC . Housekeeping needs to be more aware of dirt behind the night table, and in some of the corners of the room. Breakfast was not allergen friendly and selections were poor. My wife could only eat the apples. Some hard boiled eggs would’ve been nice. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and listened to our concerns.

The room they gave me was at least clean, room had everything provided for from towels, bathing clothes, etc. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was free, just juice, milk, coffee, cereal, sausage-egg-cheese sandwiches, etc The nights were quiet, no noises.

I would not recommend staying here. We were in town for a sports tournament. Entire area is pretty run down surrounding the property. Lobby was okay, check in was easy. Key cards for the door were impossible to use. You had to hold it up to the lock for at least a minute to hear the clicking to open. Overall room looked ok at first glance. Bathroom was horrendous. There was a VERY loud exhaust fan that you couldn’t turn off. Both nights in a row there were cockroaches roaming around in the bathroom. Shower was not useable, covered in mold as well as the curtain. AC unit was a residential one that would belong in a home. Did the job but not very cool plus was very loud. Doors don’t shut correctly so every time the people in the room next to us left their room in the night they had to slam the doors shut. Anytime anybody used water around you the walls made awful loud noises. Pool was ok, hot tub/small pool area were completely filthy and not useable. The TV was blurry and has zero options to watch anything. Overall I would say it’s not even worth its low price, I would never stay here again. Biggest concern being the cockroaches.

Was not a family friendly environment. Rooms were sparse, bathroom tiny and could have been cleaner. We are both over 70 ,had us on the second floor, no elevator but would not help us with our luggage. We did not stay after viewing the room.

Breakfast was limited there were bugs on the floor of the room and one large bug that crawled out from under the bed. There was black mold around the door frame and the window frame. The room felt musty and damp. Beds were clean, bathrooms, clean overall generally decent place to stay for one night.

The only reason I chose this place was because of the amenities specifically the jacuzzi, the pool and the gym. The jacuzzi in my room didn’t work and the tub was small. The gym is an outdated old hotel room turned gym and the equipment (treadmill) is broken. Breakfast is disgusting if you don’t eat microwave eggs with pork. Spoke to manager they offered me more time at this crummy place.. maybe my standards were too high. Expect nothing and then this place would be great

When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred. When I tried to explain to her that it wasn’t a major concern she was still very stern and strict, making sure that she was the one in charge and not me. She made me very upset and I just ended up leaving because there was no debating her rules and regulations Customer Service has gone downhill where the customer is never right and you have to put up with unsatisfactory Customer Service.
