"Breakfast or should I say lack of it was dreadful. The coffee machines were broken. No brown bread, short of staff, no poached eggs and no porridge. Only full fat yoghurts and couldn't get a coffee"

"Everything was perfect. Except being charged again and was £20 cheaper than paying with expedia 😪 Just hope the refund comes through "
