"The elevator broke down on 3 days for a few hours, My keys stopped working every 24 hours, so I had to go down from the 3rd floor to have them reactivated. "

"The stay was great. We did an over night. Room was clean and had a full kitchen area. It could be a one bedroom apartment. Pool was nice size and the people in it were friendly. Served a full breakfast which we unfortunately did not have but wanted. The only thing is because of the busy highway you could hear the traffic go by through out day and night, but if you get a room in the back that shouldn't be an issue. Next time we will."

"I reserved and paid for smoking room but they didn't have one available when i checked in."

"Didnt have breakfast or go to the lounge. Work starts at 4a.m. lol so no time for many shenanigans. Carpet was gross in that room, because its old, but I just put slippers on. (I didnt get the upgraded room) wasnt necessary just need a place to sleep and bathe while away from home working. And it was definitely more quiet and there wasnt a lot of loitering. I would definitely stay again and probably will this week. I wanna check out the upgraded room. The air blows cold! I need cold when I sleep. I was satisfied stayed 6 nights"

"I was just about to leave my room when at 10:50 A.M. the front desk called to ask me if I was going to leave my room on time. Are you kidding? I have been staying in hotels for 20+ years and that has never happened before. No sense of customer service at all. And why have a 'gym' at all if you are going to close it a 9? "

"Clean and quiet place to stay in, perfect for out of town plant / refinery workers. Only reason I gave it a 4 / 5 stars was because the toilet had a small leak. "
