The bathroom was not sanitary. There was dried yellow urine on the flat bottom right side of the toilet down by the floor. The other side was dirty- hasn’t been wiped down in a long time. The bathroom door around the handle was very dirty looking. The floor grout was brown- it used to be white since the grout going up the wall is white. It needs scrubbed and bleached. The tub and sink/counter looked clean.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel and the grounds (included an area to walk a dog) were very nice. The breakfast was generous. My only issue was the soundproofing isn't as good as I would have liked. I could hear people shutting their doors during the night. It sounded like someone was vaccuming on the 3rd floor at 5 am.
