The whole building felt dirty. There was an abundance of dead flies littering the floors, and my room had some on the carpeted floor, and even the drawer in the night stand. Our stay was great. Nice spacious and clean room. It had everything you needed. The hot tub and pool were amazing and to top it off, it was convinient having the bus take you to downtown banff ave and back right from the hotel.

Room we had on the 3rd floor, could hear upstairs guests stomping around and the ceiling kept clicking/knocking/cracking from weight. Room was so hot even tho we turned down the thermostat. It was nice to have a balcony. Hot tubs were always busy, too busy, didnt use.
