"We thought this was an outstanding stay. From the size and appointment of our room, spaciousness of the hotel and beautiful grounds there was little to fault. Very good breakfast facilities and efficient staff. Excellent indoor pool. The minuses: too

friendly for our liking. The TV in our room had poor sound and vision - didn’t match up to the overall quality of the hotel - and these days one might expect internet TV as standard. "

"One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Great position in Windsor overlooking the river. Friendly doorman. Our room was just across the street in Windsor House. The building is charming with lots of artwork on display. The room was well laid out with plenty of space for cases. The bathroom was very modern with useful shelves. All very clean. Breakfast was excellent and good quality. The hotel car park was nearby and had no trouble parking."

"Lots to like at this lovely property; very nice grounds and quaint setting along the Thames. Lots also not to like. Food is wildly overpriced because there are no easy options outside the hotel. The common rooms are really beautiful, but its very difficult to find a room to read that's actually quiet, because they have music playing throughout the facility. They're appealing to a trendy London crowd, and that's fine, but if you just want a quiet place to read and reflect, you can probably do...

"The stay was awesome, easy check in, room very clean with tea and coffee available. On site parking was great. We were able to request a late breakfast and the staff were incredibly accommodating. Absolutely staying at this hotel again!"

"The pub staff were all great, very friendly and happy to assist with our requests. Great easy off site parking. The room was best described as basic: smelled very musty probably due to no ventilation/fan in bathroom, no blackout curtains and window blinds needed repairs.No toilet roll holder and toilet paper was screwed in to the holes where it used to be."
