very convenient and staff are lovely. I had a large van so a bit of a pain to park as no facilities for this due to height barrier on their car park spent a good few mins searching nearby and found somewhere off Church St but this the only issue

Absolutely amazing hotel, i travel to england a lot for my boyfriend, he lives in Slough and this Hotel is in the middle of everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very spacious and clean and comfortable beds. Would definitely like to book here again for my next trip!

Loved the Thunderbird themed. That was a nice surprise. Convenient location near station and decent price. Breakfast is a bit expensive when there are cheaper options a few mins away. Would stay again though for a quick stay. Rooms were comfortable and nice.

Upon arrival in Slough Town centre parking is not visible. You cannot stop outside so I phoned to ask location. Parking is not in the building or adjacent. It's a 5 minute walk away in a insecure open car park.

Rooms are modern and clean though the bathroom is very small. Dining on the ground floor is odd, very much on show to the world and too open. Not cheap either. Jim's is a restaurant on the 9th floor. Stunning views and modern, but food is average and not cheap. Pizzas are better from Tesco and £16 for a curry where you get 1 peice of thigh. No wonder it was empty. So much potential. Shame. Area around is a dump. Full of homeless and drunks even in the day. Didn't feel safe. We stayed for Legoland as it was 10 minutes drive at around £15 a journey. Would stay nearer Windsor next time. Staff were helpful, and polite. Nearly but not quite.

Room surfaces not wiped / crumbs on arrival. Room was never turned over / cleaned during our whole stay which was disappointing. Ran out of milk etc - had to request this. TV kept freezing on and off. Hotel on busy road so hard to sleep at times - cars with deep bass driving past. Ironing room good with a decent iron. Hotel provide free offsite parking. Bar areas fun and novel. Hotel located well for short drive to Windsor and Legoland.

Great property but many of the things offered actually weren’t available (room service being one) - clean and comfy though. Surrounding area a bit dodgy, felt unsafe walking from the car park
