"Great hotel, stayed here many times"

"Great experience, short distance to the U.S. Army installation. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The sauna rooms were top notch!!"

"From front desk to the restaurant, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Delicious food and great service. Would highly recommend. Beware that the garage on premises will barely accommodate compact cars - even medium size won’t fit. There is a parking garage nearby though that will fit any size."

"Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend "

"Check in was tricky"

"The hotel looks a bit better in the photos than it does in person, but overall our stay was perfectly fine. The room was clean and spacious. We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. Breakfast was exactly what we expected from the pictures, with coffee available only as drip coffee from a thermos. The property is located right next to the highway, but our room faced the opposite direction, so noise wasn’t an issue even with the window open."

"Room was spacious and very clean. And the staff were so nice and friendly. Also the breakfast was great, but it’s Germany so of course all the food is amazing. I can’t wait to visit again and would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel was closed when we arrived and no one would answer when the owner was called. We went by the next day and they were still closed. We contacted hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with the hotel either. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give us our money back since we paid in advance. We had to find another hotel to stay at and it was more expensive. This place is closed! Don't book with them as you won't get your money back! "
