Windermere Hotels with Hot Tubs

"We were very pleasantly surprised on arriving at the Boutique Hotel. We were warmly greeted with a glass of Prosecco. Our suite was so much better than we had expected. In addition to the bedroom there was a room with a table for meals, a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a Sauna. Our suite did not have a 'hot tub', which the other suites had, but that did not concern us.The Breakfast menu was excellent and food was cooked to order. "Mike & Lynn provide everything you need for a stay in The Lakes. Beautiful rooms. Beautiful gardens. Great food and a friendly nature towards their guests. The location is perfect for being close to the village centre and a great base for visiting surrounding areas. Cannot recommend enough and will be definitely visiting again. "

"Relaxing atmosphere, very welcoming and accommodating ( I got an upgraded room and breakfast timings changed to suit me) beautiful spacious room. Everything you could possibly need available well stocked mini bar. "

"The experience was spoilt by an inpatient waitress in the restaurant, who was drumming her fingers whilst I was choosing the 3 starter dishes. Also wanting to take away a serving plate, that we were still using. The In-house restaurant is Asian themed, but it insisted in playing Pop/Rock background music - totally strange. "

"Woodlands was welcoming on arrival. Room was comfortable and clean with usual kettle, coffee, tea. Good size tv. Breakfast was really good. Great choice of cold and hot food (cooked perfect). Nothing is too much trouble. Close to shops etc. Would definitely stay again in this great location."

"Had a fantastic stay in the Edelweisse suite for part of our honeymoon tour of the lakes. Room was spotless and awesome. Fantastic facilities in the room, difficult to choose between hot tub or spa bath, so alternated between the two. Batj may have edged it due to TV! Comfortable bed and sofa. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and brought to our room, and was delicious!"

"Husband stayed here on his own previously on walking trip, bought me this time and we got the 4 poster room, billed as being best room in the Hotel, Room 12. Has dual aspect windows with amazing views and a jet bath. Restaurant and food was amazing. Nice choice of breakfast although trimmed down due to Covid-19. Free toiletries, tea/coffee, bed was very comfy and room very spacious. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Definitely coming back!"

"The balcony room overlooking the lake was lovely. Service was good and all staff were friendly. Food- breakfast and dinner were very good, lunch wasnt that great and overpriced. £21 for a sandwich. We had a couples massage and that was really relaxing."
