"This was my second stay at Apex City of London. Before I arrived, I emailed them with specific requests. The staff responded fast, and when I arrived, everything I requested was there. This was my experience before too. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Our rooms were clean and were serviced as we requested. The hotel's location is amazing. It's a five-minute walk from the Tower Hill station, and the street is quiet, beautiful, and historical. It's next to a medieval church with a lovely courtyard (one of Charles Dickens's favorites that he described as "St Ghastly Grim "). The restaurant staff were also friendly. Their breakfast Benedict and the cocktails were really good. I will stay at this hotel again, especially because of its cleanliness, location, and the friendly staff. I recommend this hotel to families traveling with kids as well as to those without."
