"I found the Sonesta quite nice. It’s clean, convenient to the Philadelphia airport, staff was cordial and shuttle readily available on the half hour. It is a concern that I was billed twice on my credit card. I was told there would be an extra charge in case of damage that would be returned if no problem, however I was not expecting two full charges. "

"We had a great experience at Club Quarters. The room was small, but it had everything we needed and was comfortable. There were plenty of hangers. The bathroom was great. One of the best parts is the lobby, with a lovely skylight overseeing comfortable chairs. There's free coffee, tea, and seltzer, and on a rainy afternoon, we hung out here for a while. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I wished for a grab bar in the shower and another trash can in the room, but other than that, we were satisfied and are planning to return. "
