During our recent stay in the downtown Chicago area, these two exceeded expectations to ensure our stay was pleasant and rewarding. Upon check-in, we encountered an unforeseen issue with our room key, but Felicia quickly resolved the situation by providing us with a complimentary upgrade, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, Cheryl went above and beyond by assisting us in obtaining a private car service to attend a special event we were in town for. Their exceptional service truly made our experience memorable! "

"Good for vacations "

"Most hotels have terrible restaurants attached but this independent Australian cafe serves AMAZING coffee and food including fresh smoked salmon bagels which was my go-to. Anyone who has been to Australia knows they LOVE good coffee Down Under which is apparent here. The area is SO nice to walk to the lake and sunbathe in the Summer, or go for a morning run around the park’s jogging track 2 blocks down. Having the living room area separate to the bedroom was a huge bonus for those in our party that wanted to nap. Amazing hotel! OH the views from the gym were awesome too on the top floor to see the city. Can’t wait to come back."
