The front desk staff were outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The spa, pool, and fitness facilities were well‑maintained and added an extra touch of comfort to our visit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we look forward to returning, hopefully next spring or summer, for another refreshing getaway. "

"I had a great stay. Just didn’t like the price of the parking. 50 to park is robbery. When you’re already staying there. And Expedia didn’t say it in the listing. That was again misleading. "

"The room AC/Heater somewhat noisy. Otherwise our stay was good. Check-in/out was efficient and prompt. Had minor issue getting elevator C going down to open in level L. Had to go up again to another floor then transferred to another elevator in order to get out at level L as we are trying to beat the 11am checkout time. Reported the issue to the desk staff who acknowledged that someone had been tasked to repair the elevator. Thank you for providing one night of pleasant stay in this hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends."
