"There is no reception, and you have to go to get the key separately. When I got the key and tried to ask a question, they told me to call Readyset and ask. I got so mad at the woman who answered the phone at 4:15 PM on 18/04 (Easter Friday). She said what she wanted to say and just hung up, and when I called again twice, she didn't answer. She was so rude and just hung up. The next day, I called again and they said I had made a reservation through Expedia, but it said 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms....
