Property was great. Lots of amenities. The only complaint we have is the room wasn’t cleaned well before we checked in. Since we arrived late I swept and disinfected everything. See attached pictures.

Dont waste your time

Went to check-in. Didn't have my reservations. Waited 50 minutes before the error was rectified. Turned out main office at Kings Plantation never sent my reservation to the resort. The resort had to message someone due to the fact the main office only is open until 5:00. I had reserved a cottage. This was not a cottage it was more like a duplex. We could here the people next door. The stayed up late and got up early. So we had prolems sleeping. Pool was nice.

Great accommodations. Only complaints were missing rocking chair on porch, litter on porch from previous tenant, despite numerous rentals - seems like rentals where "bunched up" creating parking difficulties at times. "Tight" parking outside our unit which often was taken by others due to clumpting of rental units. Otherwise, great value for the price. Only the bare minimum linens provided. Would be nice to have an extra blanket to throw on the bed and additional washcloths so that laundry would not have to be done daily. NIce supply of toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, small box of laundry detergent, small sponge and both liquid and dishwasher detergent provided as well as trash bags. Sample coffe packets provided as well. Located directly beside Water County USA and <1 mile from Target. Coloial Williamsburg, many restaurants and Busch Gardens all within 10-15 minute drive. Great ammenties on the property. Would stay there again and recommend property.

Nice place to stay.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom cottage. It was clean and mostly updated. The down stairs section B of the cottage was like a master suite with a king bed. Section A, upstairs had two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Outside of being suckered into a "welcome party" that was a vaction property presentation the resort was great. The indoor and outdoor pool in the section of the resort we stayed was very nice . The property is very well maintained.

The property was beautiful, just like the pictures. The amenities were well maintained and abundant. We enjoyed the pools, shuffle board, tennis and fitness center. The reason I am giving a poor review is because of the treatment I received when I told the manager that I was being eaten alive each night while I slept from BED BUGS!!!! I arrived on a Sunday evening after driving all day to get there. I woke up the next morning with big bites on my feet and ankles. I should have known better but I was in vacation mode and not thinking of bed bugs, something that I think of in my daily life because my fiancé owns a bed bug extermination business in Philadelphia. When I got home, my fiancé took one look at the track marks on my legs, arms and torso and knew they were bed bug bites. He sees this EVERY DAY!!! I called Kings Creek to warn them and spoke with a manager named Whitney. I explained what happened and she was very matter of fact taking all of my information. She was NOT apologetic or understanding about my predicament. I wasn’t looking for anything from Kings Creek except and apology and for them to take my complaint seriously. I explained to Whitney how bed bugs live. They can live without feeding for up to 8 months, it can take up to 8 weeks after you start getting bit to see evidence of bed bugs. She later called their exterminator who said he didn’t find anything in the unit. That was it!!! They didn’t fix the problem, I’m sure someone else is sleeping there now

We stayed in a four bedroom house, which was very nice. Everything we needed for our stay was available. The condo was in a location that was within minutes to Jamestown beach, Bush Gardens and the Williamsburg outlet.

The entryway should have been swept. Spider webs and dead bugs along the walls and ceiling. Additional towels and linens should have been provided free of charge and pool towels provided as advertised. The units were clean, scenery beautiful and other amenities very nice. I enjoyed my stay otherwise.

Cottage was very clean, we enjoyed our stay, and felt totally at home. Printed rules on trash and recycling should be in every cottage. Rugs need replacing of steam cleaning. Need a mat inside front door to protect rug from wet shoes/boots during winter months. Some spare bedding would be welcomed by families who have to use sofa bed.
