"Overall, an okay stay. Decent price for two bedroom suite for two dudes, room was clean, quiet throughout, and good location. Understand the 4pm check in policy, but if rooms ARE available before, would be really nice to be able to get checked in (I was informed they use a third-party cleaning with inspection after complete... not sure if it's done room-by-room or once ALL rooms are "clean'). I'd suggest any future guests consider the 4pm as "in stone". I also understand mistakes, but getting the keys to the right room in the right building is pretty important (got to the room, then called to move to another). It's my mistake for choosing to golf early and expect to check in to shower before an afternoon W&M football game. I should have booked the room for the previous night if I wanted to check in before 4pm, even if I was driving in to Williamsburg early in the morning."

"I went to Busch Gardens Williamsburg and stayed at this hotel. For the money, this hotel was great. There was a Mexican restaurant that I could walk to which was very convenient. Also there is a restaurant on site as well. The room looked decent. There were a few minor things but overall I was quite happy. It was nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable."
