"Very nice property and great amenities, clean pools and also had a hot tub that children could get in by indoor pool which is a bonus, staff was nice. We stayed in 1 bedroom with loft and the kids loved the loft area. I rated this property a 4/5 vs 5/5 because they charge a $200 hold/ refundable deposit which seems higher than other similar properties which has been 0-$150 for the similar properties we have stayed at in the area It also had very squeaky floors which was annoying when the kids were asleep. Otherwise it was fantastic! I would not recommend the room with loft for families with children under 5. There are very steep steps that are by the main area inside the room. I’m sure a lower level without steps would be fine! Great value for the money! Will stay here again."

"I visit Williamsburg quite often - and this particular Comfort Suites (Williamsburg Historic Area) has become my fav location. It's clean, nicely upgraded, decent sized rooms, very reasonably priced, polite staff, and in a superb location. The free hot breakfast is also fantastic! My only issue is with the free WI-FI - which can be terrible. There's just no nice way to say it. In the past, I've had trouble connecting, and once connected (after several attempts), it doesn't last - requiring me to log in over and over again. VERY annoying. Even so, I still highly recommend this hotel."

"We stayed at a similar resort nearby on our last visit. It wasn't great. The big one here is that they have great staff response times. And when we use the sleeper couch, they have an extra set of blankets ready for it. This will be our regular stop when in the area. 2/2 total trips and happy on both."
