This place should be condemned. It is so old, outdated and in disrepair that none should be allowed to stay here, let alone pay to be a guest. Avoid at all costs.

Washburn Hotel Suites
Clearly a converted apartment complex. Really liked the large room(s). Location near the University was great. Carpet was pretty old and needs replacing. Bathrooms could use some updating.
