"This was a budget accommodation so I wasn’t expecting much. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. I did not expect a leaky roof when it rained. Also a parking space was provided but no signage was visible informing others the spaces were for paying guests, so others used our space."
"Really wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price. The room stank the whole time meaning we left the windows open (that were open on our arrival so clearly they knew) which then meant the traffic from 7am woke us. The kettle was full of mould, as was the fridge. The shower had a door taken out and stood inside the shower meaning we didn’t want to use it for fear of it slipping and breaking or the obvious spill of water to the surrounding area. And the spas on the advertised bath spa were not working and it was pretty dirty to begin with. 2 star property at best. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and would not expect the standard given here for the price paid and star rating. "
"The park was nice and clean. The water park and pool are great areas for the kids. Very small play ground. The cabin floor was dirty, chocolate and foil on the floor. Our baby has severe allergies and if he ate the chocolate, it would of ment a trip to hospital. The bins absolutely stank, there was 5 stray cats eating out of some of the bins. Even the whelly bin next to the pool smelt foul. They need cleaning properly. "
"This is second time we have stayed here, I don’t think it’s a five star Hotel maybe a 3 and half , the two arm chairs we had in our room were bricks to sit on and so uncomfortable and we didn’t want to sit on the bed but had no choice. Also the parking at Wilson’s !! Your hotel should do something regarding tidiness the carpark looks very bad for your hotel, we were happy to park there but we were there for 4 nights and from first night we parked there nothing was done about cleaning it up , we had to step over throw up that was never cleaned from day one .
We intend to keep coming back , but this needs to be dealt with. Kind Regards"
"This is my go to hotel for stays in Adelaide. It has good amenities- good bed, nice linen, block out curtains- all to help make it a comfy stay. Close to places to eat as well as Casino and Adelaide Oval. Staff always attentive to our needs. Our room this time has had double glazing fitted which reduces the noise from the street but I miss being able to open the window!
I’m a Silver member and Hotels.com state I should receive free parking and I have always had this included in my bookings. However this booking Hotels.com did not include in my voucher. This meant an unexpected charge for parking which I’m still to resolve with Hotels.com. If you’re a Silver or Gold tier member just check your booking confirmation to make sure your rewards are included!
