Hotel room was comfortable for the 3 of us with a fantastic view of the Jungfrau peaks from our hotel room. The hotel breakfast was reasonably priced and had a good selection of foods available. Staff were very helpful answering all my questions. The late checkin was a bit frustrating as instructions weren't super clear but one of the restaurant staff who do double duty came over to assist and helped get everything sorted. The location is much more relaxed than Lauterbrunnen and easy to access from both the highway and local transit. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Interlaken area as a home base with good connections local attractions and hiking in the area.

A localização do hotel é muito boa! Para quem está de carro é ótimo. Fica exatamente entre Interlaken e Lauterbrunnen. A estação de trem de Wilderswil fica a uns 5 minutos a pé. O quarto é bem pequeno, porém bem aconchegante. Os quartos da frente possuem uma sacadinha com mesa e cadeiras e a vista para as montanhas é sensacional. O café da manhã muito bom também. Há um estacionamento coberto disponível. Recebemos um cartãozinho que nos dava acesso grátis em algumas atrações e transporte público. Adoramos!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and comfortable. The location is perfect, very close to Interlaken Center—just a 3-4 minute walk to the bus and train station, and only five minutes to the center by public transport. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff in the restaurant was friendly and attentive. Plus, you can travel for free within Interlaken with your guest card. Highly recommended for its cleanliness, location, and amazing staff! Thank you to all the hotel staff for your excellent service. Regards, Hassan

The staff were lovely — everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, there’s no air conditioning, and we happened to visit during a heatwave, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. I imagine more European hotels will need to adapt as temperatures continue to rise. The restaurant served delicious food, but it was quite full of flies — they were landing on the food, which was concerning. While I understand the hotel is surrounded by fields and livestock, it’s just something I’m not used to and found a bit off-putting.
