Hotel in the HEART
10/10 Excellent
"Rooom was spacius, clean, and comfortable. Wonderful balcony. Building is very nice and well taken care of. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The pool area was great and well kept. Additional things our kids enjoyed were the foosball, ping pong, and pool table. The views aren't amazing but you can at least see the town and hills. The town is charming, quiet, and fun. Stores are convenient. Parking was easy with a very short walk to the room. The only real issue we had was an hour plus wait at the attached restaurant for dinner. The apologized but it didn't make things any easier on us that night, and there are very few other dinner options in the direct area."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and after spending time on the mountain we enjoyed relaxing outdoors. The hotel staff were friendly and helped us get a taxi on short notice."

"You had to make reservations to eat, including breakfast. That is very hard to do and inconvenient when you are traveling in on vacation. We were told that we could grab food and bring it back to our rooms if we wanted. There was no daily room cleanup service. When my husband went to go pick up dinner to bring it back to the room the restaurant was empty, and when he went to go sit at one of the tables to wait for the food to be prepared, since there was not a phone number to call and order the food, he was told he could not sit. We thought that was pretty weird. Outside of that with a short drive you were dear many things. We were there in summer, so not a lot going on at our resort and the surrounding area you would have to go to the next village over for most things."

"Excellent service, beautiful spa, good location clean room. If they would add a fan, mosquito net on the patio door, to enjoy the breeze without getting bit, and a water kettle to boil water, in every room, i would give them a perfect 10"

"Great stay and amazing staff. Rooms were extremely hot on arrival and no way to regulate heating bar leaving the door open all night. It resolved by night two after leaving windows/doors open all day. Room was directly above pool and sauna area which probably didn’t help."
