"Such a charming place in the quiet town of Sillian. The dinner was spectacular—everything was just perfect. I had the best tiramisu of my life! Breakfast was great as well, and I especially enjoyed the local honeycomb. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived on a rainy night after an exhausting hike, and it felt so nice to be warmly welcomed into such a cozy place. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. The location was beautiful, with amazing views and a lovely Austrian atmosphere. Our room was always clean, tidy, and comfortable. Kids corner was clean, well maintained, and greatly equipped. The staff were fantastic, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We especially appreciated the surprise birthday cake they prepared for our daughter at breakfast, which made her day very special. The dinners were delicious with traditional Austrian food, and there was plenty of choice. We would be very happy to come back again!"

"You had to make reservations to eat, including breakfast. That is very hard to do and inconvenient when you are traveling in on vacation. We were told that we could grab food and bring it back to our rooms if we wanted. There was no daily room cleanup service. When my husband went to go pick up dinner to bring it back to the room the restaurant was empty, and when he went to go sit at one of the tables to wait for the food to be prepared, since there was not a phone number to call and order the food, he was told he could not sit. We thought that was pretty weird. Outside of that with a short drive you were dear many things. We were there in summer, so not a lot going on at our resort and the surrounding area you would have to go to the next village over for most things."

"Great stay and amazing staff. Rooms were extremely hot on arrival and no way to regulate heating bar leaving the door open all night. It resolved by night two after leaving windows/doors open all day. Room was directly above pool and sauna area which probably didn’t help."
