"Smooth stay"

"The food was excellent, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Overall, the stay itself was enjoyable. However, I was very disappointed to discover at checkout that there were over $50 per day in additional “Resort” and “Housekeeping” fees added to my bill — especially since I did not even use housekeeping services during my stay. While these fees may have been disclosed somewhere during the reservation process, they were not made clear enough upfront. Hidden or poorly disclosed charges leave a negative impression and take away from an otherwise positive experience. Greater transparency regarding these mandatory fees before booking would be greatly appreciated."

"The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, highway noise was minimal (except when someone would use the on-ramp as their personal drag strip) and breakfast was good. Only problem was the TV didn’t work, maybe a broken outlet as the lamp plugged into the same one also didn’t work. Didn’t bother calling the desk as we were settled in after a long day driving and didn’t want bother changing rooms or having someone in our room. "

"The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town."
