Unfortunately Tina called us yesterday to inform us that most likely the package had gone missing during transit. The property is very lucky to have a dedicated and attentive employee like Tina. "The room is a bit dated but overall for the price point, I really enjoyed it. The bed was comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The laundry facilities were complimentary and brand new. The metro station is about two minutes from the hotel door. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"Everything is good. If the front desk could mention whether the room is smoking or non-smoking at hotel check in will be really helpful. I am sensitive to smoke, and first night, I was placed in a smoking allowed floor, and I had to deal with the smoke smell the entire night. However, the front desk switched me to non-smoking floor the next day. "
