"Very nice experience overall. We requested assistance with our luggage during checkout, but due to a staff shortage, we had to bring it down ourselves. It wasn’t a major issue, but that’s why I’m giving four stars instead of five."

"We stayed for many days and would like to thank Frank and the rest of the staff for being very nice and accomodating. Free laundry service was provided. (Very helpful when all your clothes are drenched in sweat from being out in the hot summer). They also provide free water bottles for every day of your stay there. The breakfast buffet is a mix of western and Chinese cuisine if you are interested in trying it. When we had to leave for the airport, the hotel staff were able to help us book a taxi. Just note that there is no elevator in the hotel (since it is an old-fashioned building after all) so you need to be comfortable with walking up and down the stairs. We ended up choosing the 3rd floor to minimize the noise heard from the internal courtyard. If you are sensitive to sound, don't choose the 2nd floor unless no other rooms are available."

"This a modern and clean hotel with no smoking. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and the breakfast was amazing. The location is close to three different metro stations. We would ride our bikes into kuanzai alley and people park. We will defiantly be back :)"

"Very thoughtful and personable boutique hotel. The place is handy to local eateries and Kuaizhai Alley. It provides snacks and drinks in the room and light plum tea, porridge, coffee and teas in the lobby. Free laundry service is a great bonus! Highly recommended."

"The hotel is fairly new, rooms were very modern and general areas were quite nice. There were parts of the hotel that were still under construction though. The free laundry room (2dryer/washer) were a nice bonus but got busy easily. Using the AC in the room took a bit of playing around as it was all in chinese. Staff were quite helpful though! Breakfast was included but options were quite limited. Great location, subway was a 10 min walk with small shops around. There's a great cultural park next to the hotel + a Chinese opera place next door. 30 min drive from the railway stations."
