"The entire staff was amazing. They were kind and considerate and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Everyone from the shuttle driver, who picked us up at the airport at 3 am, to the breakfast staff member, who recommended a great dinner place, to the front desk staff member, who granted us a late checkout, made our stay great."

"This hotel has great potential; however, its cleanliness is extremely poor. The staff is often too occupied chatting among themselves to help guests. On the positive side, the restaurant is exceptionally clean and the food and staff are fantastic. I urge management to check behind the doors, behind the beds, and clean the sinks. I have stayed here multiple times for business, but this will be my last visit due to the inadequate cleanliness and service."

"I thought it were a great breakfast andy girls enjoyed swimming. We did think the room was a little unkept.. there were men’s hair like from shaving around the sink area.. little things like that. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Everyone at Hampton was friendly and helpful, and the free airport shuttle is a big plus in minus 20 weather. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. Free breakfast was a great perk, as it would have been a chilly walk to get to another restaurant nearby. And the coffee station is always available. Hampton is also on the list of places that will pick you up to go look for the Northern Lights, so that was convenient. My main gripe: since we didn't have a car, I was looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool and using the hot tub. But the pool was not working, so they closed the whole area for all 4 days. I read another review about the pool being closed for many days and I suspect it may have been closed for a while, so beware if that's a big draw for you. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."
