"It's a nice hotel in the centre of town. Pleasant, and spacious in the public areas and the rooms. It doesn't serve meals, but the bar/cafe next door was great for an evening meal. The hotel does serve a continental breakfast, but after trying it once we decided to look elsewhere the next day. It has its own parking which is adequate. If the parking lot is full, it is possible to find spaces nearby."

"Our room was clean when we arrived. We stayed for 3 nights. Our bed was never made, we were never given clean towels, we never got more coffee for the keurig-like coffee maker. We were given towels and coffee when we asked for them. The Orbitz description of the property said it was in downtown Fairbanks, but there was nothing walkable from the hotel. We made good use of Uber."

"The room was very clean and comfortable; I also liked that they had a nice area for pets and barbequing if that's what you prefer. However, customer service is a huge plus for me and upon checking in, the front desk clerk appeared annoyed that I had a dog - again, Expedia did not offer this when I registered. I felt like I was an inconvenience, but in the end, I enjoyed my stay and I loved that I was close to Fred Meyers. After my long drive from Anchorage, the bed and pillows were very comfortable."
