"They are beyond unprofessional. I double checked 2x to make sure that the place and decorations I ordered would be ready for our arrival and they agreed that we were set. When we arrived, we had to sit outside of the house for over an hour. There was no security or staff at the location while we were waiting. No one was replying to my messages. They also have these cats at the location that kept trying to take our food. It was already way too hot for that. When I finally spoke to the female...
