"This hotel is under refurbishment which was not highlighted at the time of making the booking The staff were amazing however the passable with no air conditioning. Close to city centre outside areas need some maintenance but it is a welcome space to sit and relax My room was on the 3rd floor and was spacious. Please be aware that rooms are not serviced daily (they say it is because they want to be greener - however no clean towels or replenished tea and coffee what not what I was expecting for the price charged). Parking is a premium as -they is plenty of space included with your booking. In summary this property needs a bit of work for the price they charge per stay"
