"Unfortunately this place didn’t meet even our lowest expectations. The place as a whole is run down, and in desperate need of some TLC! It appears that the pride for the establishment has taken a hit. Beds are uncomfortable, carpet is pulling apart and heaving. Our shower had rust spots everywhere, when the other unit would shower it would sound like the walls were vibrating. Dirty towels, face towels, etc. The noise and the disruption well into the night was by far the worst I have ever had. Doors slamming, banging, and screaming until all hours of the night. Neither of our three kids slept and we are paying the price! Literally. The representation of the place as a whole is very misleading!! I do not take pleasure in writing negative reviews but this one needed to be said. "

"The location of the hotel is excellent. From our penthouse level room, we could see the full view of Niagra Falls."

"Clean room, relatively quiet at night (can hear some other rooms but not too bad). Excellent breakfast choices for a continental breakfast. Would book again."
