"Check in hectic, they switched our room because apparently our assigned room hadn’t been cleaned yet even though it was 3:00 pm check in time then at check out informed us because we switched room they charged us an extra fee, room was clean but drain in tub didn’t drain and we didn’t notice that until we were showering yuck. They did respond and fixed that upon us telling them. Breakfast not great, no fruit no yogurt, sausage undercooked. Tile on 2nd floor outside elevator still cracked and floor is soft doesn’t feel safe to walk over. Staff men were friendly, women at desk never even acknowledged us on multiple occasions. This is our 2nd visit to this property and will most likely be our last, especially after the upcharge when we didn’t ask to switch rooms. All we wanted was a king room which was the same as our original reservation."

"I was skeptical to book here after reading some reviews, but, I will say: 1. I did not see any type of bugs (stink bugs, roaches, etc) in my room or anywhere on the property, contrary to some reviews I seen so those people must have gotten a room after someone else that had roaches in their belongings when they came in or something. I do not believe the property has a bug problem. 2. The front desk lady was very nice, I had no issues at check in or out. 3. Ice machine was working. 4. The room was what I would expect for what I paid for it. We had a perfectly fine stay."
