"Parking was far from door when busy but bell person helped us. Excellent menu for dinner but breakfast was only a buffet and coffee area inside the gift shop was not open when we left. Older bathrooms but nice. Needs more bedside tables."

"The resort was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be back. The only issue was out of 5 nights, nobody ever came in to clean. When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came. "

"Drinks on the porch looking at the Presidential Range. If you're staying in the Presidential wing be prepared for a lot of walking to get to and from your room staff couldn't be nicer or more efficient ."
