"Everything works out well"

"We pulled into the hotel at 11:15 pm after traveling for 12 hours. All we wanted was a good night sleep before getting on the road again for another 12 hour day of driving. We arrive and our room that was "supposed" to sleep six was 2 full size beds and a SINGLE sofa bed. There was no closet and a lot of holes in the wall. We asked for sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed and was told "it would be awhile". By 12 am we assumed no one was bringing anything. So, we pulled the top sheets off the two full beds and that is what my husband and my 15 yr old SPECIAL NEEDS son had to use to sleep together on the SINGLE sofa bed. I have four teens - they are not small people and my one son literally fell off the bed during the night. Thank GOD we were only staying here for 8 hours because the sleeping conditions were horrible. The ONLY redeeming thing about this hotel was the mediocre free breakfast. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay at this hotel or probably any of their locations again. We stayed at a Hyatt for $100 one week ago 10 minutes away and it was 10x better. "
