African American guy with Afro and braces was the most accommodating front desk I’ve ever had staying at your properties. Very friendly even though he had a nasty guest that was before us. He regrouped and handled us with the utmost respect. Then there was a lady at the desk in the morning. I believe she is Caribbean because of her accent. Let me just say, she was so soothing to my soul. She identified that I was struggling and was very attentive. I’m in town for a funeral and was emotionally and physically exhausted. She checked on me, offered me a muffin even though I declined. But her gesture meant a lot to me. I’m sorry for not remembering their names but I want you all to at least acknowledge who they are for the service they provided. "
