"The property shows really well and is clean. The doormen and valet are super kind and efficient. The check-in was smooth and easy. The room was clean and simple. The elevators were quick every time. Cons: front desk staff failed to inform us of amenities available like pool/bar hours, available bikes to checkout, etc. Ordered room service to which the order was taken incorrectly (they wrote down the wrong room). Called them back regarding the food over an hour later and they bought us the food that had been sitting out. Ate only the crab soup and got food poisoning. Let them know and they gave a late checkout so I could get myself together but charged me for the food. Smh"
