"Hotel staff were very friendly. We needed a few extra amenities and we had them delivered to the room immediately. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very accommodating and delicious, I liked the wide variety of options that even my children enjoyed it. Overall stay was great! Highly recommended. "

"I picked this hotel for the waterpark inside. We walked to Mall of America everyday we were there, and would go back to the hotel to swim and relax. The pool was quiet at night, and we had a balcony off the 2nd floor. I was quite surprised at how quiet it was and dark once the curtain was closed. Their kitchen was having renovations so breakfast was grab and go, which we did not care for, so we walked to MOA for all 3 meals. If you want the unlimited pass for the rides, download the MOA app and pay the $35 for the annual pass. Just a little tidbit. Definitely bring walking shoes!!"

"Hotel was ok. Restaurant was a mixed bag. The gentleman working was amazing, but the food was mid and institutional. Room was weird. It was a nice looking, but generic hotel room. Furniture was uncomfortable and beds were too firm. Pillows were like sand bags. The bathroom was fine. The televisions were meh. It felt like the room isn’t meant to be hung out in, in anticipation of expecting guests to be doing something outside of the hotel and then just sleeping at the hotel only. "
