"Liked the location. Rooms were above the bar but don’t hear any noise. Staff were suburb. Parking was the only issue and had to stay in the multi storey car park which was £18 for 24 hrs."

"Great pub, rooms are in an adjacent building with separate entrance so no noise issues. Lots of parking and a lovely location. Friendly and helpful staff too."

"We stayed in the inn itself, where the room’s decor is a little mad but we enjoyed it. The room was a little tired (chipped paint, absent towel rail) but everything functioned. Good pub grub and a “fun bus” outside to keep the kids entertained (a whole evening of fun for them), and great location for Stonehenge."

"This was my second stay at Novotel, and this time I had an even better experience. I had a good experience during my first stay as well, but this time everything was really great.
I especially enjoyed using the pool—it was so refreshing, relaxing, and peaceful. The room was also very nice and quiet, with no noise from neighboring rooms or people walking around. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.I really enjoyed my time at Novotel and would definitely stay here again"
"Lovely hotel and rooms comfortable and clean. Excellent food, had breakfast there. Beautiful location and setting, surrounded by peace and quiet.
Only wish there had been air conditioning as it was so warm at night. Air con would have been the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!!"
"Room was very nice, bed extremely comfortable. Bathroom unfortunately was not cleaned and had a large clump of someone’s hair bundled up under the sink on the floor. Kept windows open to for the entire stay as slightly damp smell in room.
Hopefully just a blip, but will be returningnin September and October as well as visiting your chain in Walsall also in October"
"Great customer service. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic and full spread not available. We had to wait .
To use swimming pool, additional cost , which wasn’t mentioned at time of booking"
"Stayed here one night before a cruise out of Southampton. A wonderful big hotel with Starbucks on site and a large pool and hot tub along with steam rooms, ice plunge and sauna. I only use the pool in the hot tub, but there were lots of people using the rest of the amenities. Room was small but very comfortable. Bathroom has a glass door, which was fine for me because I had my own room. I don’t think I would be as comfortable if I were sharing with friends . There would be no privacy unless the other person left the room. Other friends, I was traveling with suggested bringing a cheap shower curtain to throw over the door and that would solve all the issues a . My only real issue was that the restaurant was out of things that I wanted to order for dinner. In the end, the food was not that great.
Otherwise, you can’t go wrong with this hotel. I would definitely stay here again, but I would have food delivered."
