The location was perfect for us. Steps from the Village stroll and less than 10 minute walk to the gondola. Very quiet area but so close to the fun stuff. The hotel and room had everything we needed.

Staff definitely need more training, no body was available when I checked in in the evening around 5pm and front desk said the manager is not available and will come tomorrow!? I like their furnitures… bedding… but the space is just so tiny! It feels like we were trapped. Wnated to go home so bad. For that price it was not so worth it. But it was right next to the lift that part was awesome!
