"The room was a little small but very clean and functional. We were there for 10 days so could have done with a touch more storage but it worked. The kitchen is great and allowed us to have breakfast in everyday. The cleaning staff were incredibly efficient and our sheets were changed frequently. The hot tub is very warm and has a lot of chlorine in it which discoloured my suit but it was lovely after a day on the slopes. The shuttle bus was always there when we needed it and staff were friendly and helpful. "

"First time staying at this hotel. Personal belongings left on the table during the day, and guess what? It’s GONE after a day of skiing. Never happened before after many stays in Whistler in OTHER hotels. "

"When checking in … the lady that helped us was very friendly and informative. First impression walking through the door was “whoa, this looks old” Everything looked and was outdated. Plus side is they have assigned stalls so if you leave you don’t have to worry about not having a stall when you get back."
