"No sign of anyone around, and no visible means of entry, when we first arrived. It had a (falling apart) sign for a Pad Thai restaurant on the front lawn, but nothing for Penn Cove Inn. Quite run-down looking. Main surface areas clean (ish), but not corners. Smelled faintly of old cigarette smoke, although fortunately not strong enough to trigger the asthma. Found the sign for the Inn at side yard, hidden behind fence and broken into 2 pieces. We had to ask about the "
