"I recently stayed at this hotel for three days, and while there were a few positives, my overall experience was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff I did interact with were friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, the condition of the hotel itself did not meet expectations. The property appeared to be poorly maintained, and cleanliness was an issue throughout my stay. The most concerning part of my experience happened around 3:00 AM on the second morning. The fire alarm went off, and guests were forced to evacuate. What was alarming was the complete lack of communication and organization from hotel staff. No one came outside to inform us whether there was an actual fire or what was happening. After some time, the alarm was simply turned off, and guests were told they could go back inside—still without any explanation. This situation felt unsafe and unprofessional. In an emergency, clear communication and staff presence are critical, and unfortunately, that was missing. While the staff was friendly, the lack of cleanliness and the poor handling of what could have been a serious emergency makes it hard for me to recommend this hotel. "
