"Toilet seat was falling off Tv did not work door lock was hanging off the door.Check in was short and not friendly. There where no door men available was told we had to wait 2 Hrs. We were told that we were getting an upgrade. It definitely was not an upgrade. We waited almost 45 minutes for a elevator ..."
